I get a lot of inquiries for black light posters, however, most of the time, the designs I am shown are not printable on my end. I am only able to print black light posters using the screen printing process. I do everything by hand, mix all the pigments by hand, and have limited equipment. I have a maximum printable area of 23" x 17". I am not able to do flocked posters. I can only work with the pigments available to me (which are very limited). Because of this I do not offer pantone or color matching of any kind. Most of the inks are very bright and do not exist in pantone. The minimum order QTY is 25. The maximum QTY is about 500 depending on the size. I am able to print 4 color CMYK process. I can not print these digital or any alternative print method. My standard turn around time on any given order is 10 - 15 business days.
Black light is also different than glow in the dark ink, phosphorescent ink, or invisible ink. If you’d like to chat about those for your design, please let me know. They are done through the same exact process as my black light printing.
Before you contact me, please take a look at your design and if it's more than 4 distinct colors with shading and gradients, you’ll either need to adjust your design or I’ll need to quote you on the more expensive CMYK process which has it’s own quirks which I can discuss.
If everything is looking good or if you still aren't sure, the first step is to fill out a Quote Request. Please email me (or SEND ARTWORK VIA WETRANSFER) your design if you have ANY part of it done. It does not need to be the finished piece. I just need to see where you are at currently. If you do not have anything designed yet, please make sure you design for the screen printing method.
Due to unusually high demand, I will not respond to cold call voicemails about black light posters without having taken a look at the design first.
Thanks.
